I’m Nilesh Gaidhani, a Mechanical Engineer with over 9 years of experience in centrifugal pump design, retrofit, and engineering innovation. I currently serve as a Solution Manager at FPX Solution, where I focus on delivering advanced, configurable engineering solutions that enhance productivity and digital integration.

Previously, I worked at Sulzer Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Manager – Engineering, where I led major projects across oil & gas and industrial pump systems, earning accolades such as Design of the Year 2022 and APAC Retrofit Project of the Year 2023.

Before that, I was with SPP Pumps India as Manager – Engineering & Product Innovation, and earlier with Entity Hydrodynamics (Joint Venture) and Indo Pump, Pune as a Design & Product Development Engineer, contributing to critical pump design and analysis for clients including ISRO.

I bring a solid foundation in CFD, FEA, 3D CAD, and hands-on engineering leadership, with a passion for driving technical excellence and innovative solutions.
